中心简介

        上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心是耶鲁大学在全球设立的唯一的一所卫生政策联合研究机构，是上海交通大学、耶鲁大学共同的校级学术研究机构，挂靠于上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院，是上海交通大学(校本部)直属的第一所卫生健康政策教学科研基地。该中心于2018年成立，上海交通大学时任党委书记姜斯宪，陶行知国际教育基金管理委员会主席、行知丝路研究院院长李小琳，耶鲁大学Paul Cleary院士、耶鲁大学赵宏宇教授等两百余名领导和专家学者参加了揭牌仪式。

        上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心实行理事会领导下的主任负责制。上海交通大学副校长徐学敏担任中心理事长。中心副理事长是美国国家医学科学院院士、耶鲁大学公共卫生学院院长Sten Vermund，上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院代理院长胡近，美国国家医学科学院院士、耶鲁大学终身讲席教授Paul Cleary，上海交通大学附属第六人民医院院长殷善开，耶鲁大学生物统计系主任赵宏宇，上海交通大学国际合作与交流处处长罗鹏。秘书长是上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院赵大海。

        上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心于2019年在上海市东方医院建立了灾难应急分中心，于2021年建立了医患关系分中心和突发公共卫生应急分中心。中心研究员撰写的咨政建言已呈送多位国家领导人，中心研究员主持了多项国家级和省部级课题，在国际顶尖期刊发表了多篇论文，主持完成了全国范围内的大型社会调查和举办了多场国际性学术研讨会。借助于上海交通大学和耶鲁大学的强大品牌效应和国家卫生健康委以及多位中美院士等专家学者的支持，中心在学术界拥有极好的声誉。

Introduction

Shanghai Jiao Tong University-Yale University Joint Center for Health Policy (SJTU-Yale Joint Center for Health Policy) is the only joint health policy institute at Yale University. The Center which is a joint activity of SJTU and Yale was established in 2018, and is the first academic institute of health policy at SJTU. More than 200 leaders, experts and scholars, including JIANG Sixian, when he was the secretary of the party committee of SJTU, LI Xiaolin, chairman of Tao Xingzhi Education Foundation  and dean of Xingzhi Silk Road Institute, Paul Cleary, academician of Yale university, and professor ZHAO Hongyu of Yale university, attended the unveiling ceremony.

SJTU-Yale Joint Center for Health Policy is under the leadership of the Council Committee and implements the director responsibility system. XU Xuemin, vice President of SJTU, serves as the Director of the Council Committee. Sten Vermund, Dean of Yale School of Public Health, HU Jin, Acting Dean, SJTU School of International and Public Affairs, Paul D. Cleary, the Anna M.R. Lauder Professor, Yale School of Public Health, YIN Shankai, President and CEO, the Sixth Hospital Affiliated with SJTU, ZHAO Hongyu, Chair of Yale Department of Biostatistics, and LUO Peng, Director of SJTU International Affairs Division, are the Deputy Director of the Council Committee. ZHAO Dahai, Executive Director of SJTU-Yale Joint Center for Health Policy, is the Secretary of the Council Committee. 

We have also established the Section on Disaster Response at Shanghai East Hospital in 2019, and the Section on Physician-Patient Relationship and the Section on Public Health Emergency in 2021. Policy proposals from the Joint Center have been submitted to the national leaders, a couple of national and provincial-level funds have been granted, and a lot of articles have been published on top tier international journals. With the full supports from SJTU and Yale, the Joint Center has an excellent reputation.
