上海交通大学公共卫生学院王慧院长一行到访国务学院
6月24日上午，上海交通大学公共卫生学院院长王慧一行到访国务学院，双方在徐汇校区新建楼239会议室举行合作交流会。国务学院党委书记姜文宁，国务学院副院长、国际应急管理研究院执行院长樊博，国务学院副院长、中国城市治理研究院副院长、健康长三角研究院执行院长张录法，上海交大-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心执行主任赵大海，公共卫生学院教学副院长蔡泳，卫管系系主任王朝昕等出席会议。
姜文宁热烈欢迎王慧一行到访国务学院，他表示，我国十三五规划之后提出了“大健康”建设规划，把提高全民健康管理水平放到国家战略高度。公共卫生学院及国务学院在公共卫生领域有共同的发展目标及需求，可结合双方优势，共同建设公共卫生优质学科，扩大国际影响力。张录法随后从学科建设、立德树人、师资队伍、社会服务及资政建言等方面简要介绍学院及研究院的近期发展情况。
座谈交流中，樊博详细介绍了国务学院本科专业建设情况及新增应急管理学科建设方案，他指出，学院本科专业建设在学科优势、人才培养团队、课程设计、学科建设方案等方面取得了一定成绩，接下来，将积极部署应急管理学科教学工作，全面提升教学质量。赵大海汇报了交大与耶鲁联合研究中心成立以来的各项成果，尤其是此次疫情期间，中心已成为国内外新冠肺炎科学解释和宣讲的重要基地之一。
蔡泳指出，公共卫生学院正积极紧抓公共卫生与预防学科发展的良好机遇，着力推进学科交叉，培育学科新的增长点，力争在公共卫生领域实现突破性进展。
最后，王慧代表公共卫生学院对此次到访国务学院进行合作交流表示感谢。她指出，公共卫生领域要注重文理结合，软硬兼备，对标哈佛大学、约翰斯霍普金斯大学等国际一流大学的前沿学科规划，多角度赋能未来学科建设及人才培养。王慧表示，希望在未来，两院联合形成互补优势，积极探索公共卫生应急学科建设、大健康领域及健康产业研究等相关问题。
双方就未来学科发展、公共卫生人才培养基地建设、资政建言、产业集聚、基金资助、全健康生态等方面作了交流。

WANG Hui, Dean of SJTU School of Public Health and Her Colleagues Visited SIPA
On the morning of June 24, WANG Hui, Dean of the School of Public Health of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and her colleagues visited SJTU School of International and Public Affairs. The two sides held a cooperation and exchange meeting at room 239, Xinjian building of Xuhui Campus. JIANG Wenning, Secretary of the Party Committee of SIPA, FAN Bo, Deputy Dean of SIPA, Executive Dean of the International Academy of Emergency Management, Vice President of SIPA, Vice Dean of the Chinese Academy of Urban Governance, ZHANG Lufa, Executive Dean of the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, ZHAO Dahai, Executive Director of SJTU-YALE Joint Center for Health Policy, and CAI Yong, Associate Dean of SJTU School of Public Health, and WANG Zhaoxin, Dean of the Department of Health Management attended the meeting.
JIANG warmly welcomed WANG Hui and her delegation to visit SIPA. He said China's 13th Five-Year Plan was followed by the "great health" construction plan, which puts improving the health management level of the whole nation at a national strategic level. SJTU School of Public Health and SIPA share the same development goals and needs in the field of public health. We can combine the strengths of both sides to jointly build high-quality disciplines of public health and expand our international influence. ZHANG Lufa then briefly introduced the recent development of the school and the Research institute from the aspects of discipline construction, moral education, faculty, social service and adviser's advice.
During the discussion and exchange, FAN Bo introduced in detail the undergraduate major construction of SIPA and the newly added discipline construction plan of emergency management. He pointed out that the undergraduate major construction of the college has made certain achievements in discipline advantages, talent training team, curriculum design, discipline construction scheme and other aspects. Next, it will actively deploy the teaching work of emergency management discipline to comprehensively improve the teaching quality. ZHAO Dahai reported on the achievements of SJTU-YALE Joint Center for Health Policy since its establishment. Especially during the epidemic, the Center has become one of the important bases for scientific interpretation and dissemination of COVID-19 at home and abroad.
CAI Yong pointed out that SJTU School of Public Health is actively grasping the good opportunity of the development of the discipline of public health and prevention, focusing on promoting the interdisciplinary, cultivating new growth points of the discipline, and striving to achieve breakthrough in the field of public health.
Finally, On behalf of SJTU School of Public Health, WANG Hui expressed her gratitude for her visit to the State Academy for cooperation and exchange. She pointed out that in the field of public health, emphasis should be placed on the combination of arts and science, combining both soft and hard skills, and the planning of frontier disciplines of world-class universities such as Harvard University and Johns Hopkins University should be given to the future discipline construction and talent training from multiple perspectives. WANG Hui expressed the hope that in the future, the two houses will jointly form complementary advantages and actively explore the subject construction of public health emergency, the field of great health and the research on the health industry and other related issues.
The two sides exchanged views on the future development of disciplines, the construction of public health personnel training bases, the advice and advice of senior officials, industrial agglomeration, financial support and healthy ecology.
