上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心 “双一流”建设项目专家论证会顺利举行

7月21日，上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心“双一流”建设项目专家论证会在上海交通大学徐汇校区召开。复旦大学公共卫生学院党委书记罗力教授，上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院代理院长胡近教授，上海交通大学出版社党委书记谈毅教授，上海交通大学公共卫生学院张智若教授，上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院副院长樊博教授，上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院郭俊华教授担任了项目论证专家。上海交通大学国际合作与交流处处长罗鹏，上海交通大学重点建设办公室主任胡薇应邀出席。项目论证会由上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院党委书记姜文宁主持。

在论证会上，罗鹏首先向项目论证专家组介绍了项目建设的背景、特色和重要意义，同时感谢各位领导和专家对此次论证会的大力支持。

接下来，项目负责人赵大海从研究中心的发展概况、项目建设意义、建设目标和内容、经费申请和使用计划四个方面对项目建设情况进行了汇报。

在论证评议环节，专家组对建设项目进行了论证。张智若指出“中心”建设不仅对于上海交大的中长期发展具有重要意义，而且对国家战略也具有重要的现实意义。郭俊华充分肯定了项目建设的意义和前期建设的基础和成绩。谈毅从智库影响力与传播力、可持续发展机制和治理机制、团队建设以及公共卫生政策期刊建设等方面提出了相关建议。樊博从国际合作、社会服务、研究生联合培养、科学研究四个维度对项目建设进行了充分肯定。胡近建议“中心”尽快建立项目督促机制，完善日常决策机制和运行体系等。

项目专家组组长罗力指出本项目建设可归纳为全球格局、研究为本、交流助力、远近结合，对项目建设进行了充分肯定，并对项目建设的经费管理提出了相关要求。

最后，胡薇提出“中心”要尽快组建由专职研究员组成的研究团队，出台课题管理的办法和细则，以及切实提高研究生人才培养的力度等。

Expert Group Meeting and Panel Discussion on "Double first-class” construction project of Shanghai Jiao Tong University-Yale University Joint Research Center for Health Policy was held successfully

On July 21, expert group meeting and panel discussion on "Double first-class” construction project of Shanghai Jiao Tong University-Yale University Joint Research Center for Health Policy was held in Xuhui Campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Professor Luo Li of school of public health, Fudan university, professor Hu Jin, secretary of school of international and public affairs, Shanghai Jiao Tong university, professor Tan Yi, Secretary of Party Committee of Shanghai Jiaotong University Press, professor Zhang Zhiruo of School of Public Health, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, professor Fan Bo, Vice dean of School of International and Public Affairs, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and professor Guo Junhua of School of International and Public Affairs, Shanghai Jiao Tong University co-served as the project demonstration experts. Luo Peng of Shanghai Jiao Tong University international Cooperation and Exchange Division Director, Hu Wei, Director of key Construction Office of Shanghai Jiao Tong University were invited to attend. The argumentation meeting of the project was held by Jiang Wenning, Party Secretary of School of International and Public Affairs, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

At the demonstration meeting, Luo Peng first introduced the background, characteristics and significance of project construction to the project demonstration expert group, and thanked all leaders and experts for their strong support to the demonstration meeting.

Then, Zhao Dahai, the project leader, reported the project construction from four aspects: the development overview of the research center, the significance of the project construction, the construction objective and content, the application for funds and the use plan.

In the link of evaluation, the expert group carried on the demonstration to the construction project. Zhang Zhiruo points out that the construction of "center" is of great significance not only to the medium and long term development of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, but also to the national strategy. Guo Junhua fully affirmed the significance of the project construction and the foundation and achievements of the preliminary construction. Tan Yi puts forward relevant Suggestions from the aspects of think tank influence and communication power, sustainable development mechanism and governance mechanism, team building and public health policy journal building. Fan Bo fully affirmed the project construction from four dimensions of international cooperation, social service, joint training of postgraduates and scientific research. Hu suggested that the center should establish the project supervision mechanism as soon as possible and improve the daily decision-making mechanism and operation system.

Luo Li, the leader of the project expert group, pointed out that the project construction can be summarized as global pattern, research-based, exchange assistance, and combination of near and far. He fully affirmed the project construction and put forward relevant requirements for the fund management of the project construction.

Hu Wei proposed that the center should set up a research team composed of full-time researchers as soon as possible, introduce the methods and rules of project management, and improve the training of postgraduate talents.

The demonstration meeting for the construction of the "Double first-class” project of Shanghai Jiao Tong University-Yale University Joint Center for Health Policy was successfully completed.
