【喜讯】“中心”优秀毕业生薛文婕荣获上海市抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人荣誉称号
9月29日，上海召开全市抗击新冠肺炎疫情表彰大会，共表彰先进个人1000人、先进集体300个、优秀共产党员100人、先进基层党组织80个。值得一提的是，半淞园路街道绿化和市容管理所荣获上海市抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进集体荣誉称号，上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心优秀毕业生，半淞园路街道社区卫生服务中心党支部副书记、主任薛文婕荣获上海市抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人荣誉称号。
疫情防控期间，做好居家人员的垃圾收运，成为上门服务工作中的重要环节。半淞园路街道绿化和市容管理所第一时间站出来，承担起辖区居家隔离人员生活垃圾收运的工作任务。在党支部书记、所长孙鹤鸣的带领下，党员率先示范，全所人员团结一心、迅即上岗，抓细抓实各项工作措施，既做好垃圾收运的“指导员”，又冲在一线做好“操作员”。全所9名在岗人员，6名党员，从年初一开始坚持工作，他们每天上午7：30到单位短暂集中安排收运事项后，8：00起至11：00就分头奔赴辖区各小区隔离人员家中收运生活垃圾，老小区没有电梯，有的同志每天相当于要爬100层楼。11:30专用驳运车将垃圾准时运送到全区指定集中点统一装车，紧张的收运工作才暂告结束，他们才能顾得上喝口水、歇歇脚。面对繁重的收运任务，这支平均年龄不到40岁，最小年龄只有26岁的年轻队伍，坚守岗位不退缩，想方设法合理调配有限的人力物力资源，从如何优化收运路线、如何尽快打开楼栋门禁、如何讲好每一句暖心的话、如何以最快速度对装袋垃圾进行消毒等方面入手，竭尽所能地完成“特殊时期”垃圾收运的艰巨任务。
2020年，一场没有硝烟的战争与我们不期而遇，这场以社区为主战场的战役对刚到社区履新的薛文婕来说是一道大题难题，但她却以智慧、能力和行动向各方交出了一份高分答卷，她是如何“答题“的呢？2020年的小年夜，在接到上级的紧急通知后，薛文婕当晚就留在中心24小时驻守待命。疫情初期，薛文婕一边鼓舞士气，充实物资；一边躬行践履、正身率下 。看着她的身影出现在了隔离排摸的小区，出现在隔离点的房间、出现在发热哨点，出现在防疫物资储备的仓库里，职工们纷纷请缨加入一线队伍。随着疫情形势的日趋严峻，中心开始不断投入各项紧急任务：从隔离点、浦东机场、南浦大桥道口、半淞园路社区防疫等，薛文婕把一切安排得有条不紊。每晚她都要等到没有要传达的信息、安排的工作、解决的问题了才能小憩片刻。
薛文婕在接到组建隔离点的紧急任务后，短短的四个小时内带领团队完成了队伍组建、物资配备、流程布置、防护消毒培训等一系列工作，并在次日凌晨即迎来了第一批“住客”。因为前期没有太多可借鉴的经验，她绞尽脑汁不断优化区域标准设置和运转流程，努力探索出全速度周密筹备、全过程无缝衔接、全天候协同联动、全时段闭环管理、全方位人文服务的“五全”工作法。高标准、严要求、快节奏，筑牢防控铜墙铁壁。隔离点内，她既是当家人，又是服务生，点内事无巨细，都安排得稳妥有序，让隔离人员倍感舒心，同时又让员感受到大家庭般的温情。
山以险峻成其巍峨，海以奔涌成其壮阔，面对新冠这场严峻的大考，薛文婕同志以初心扛起责任，用行动勇担使命，向组织递交了一份优异的答卷。
疫情就是命令，细节决定成败。疫情防控的每一个环节都容不得半点马虎，每一个细节都必须重视和不断优化。让我们向在社区防控一线的工作人员致敬！

During the epidemic prevention and control period, doing a good job in collecting and transporting household garbage has become an important part of door-to-door service. Bansongyuan Road Sub-district Greening and City Appearance Management Office stood up for the first time, and assumed the task of collecting and transporting domestic waste from home quarantine personnel in the jurisdiction. Under the leadership of the party branch secretary and director Sun Heming, party members took the lead in demonstrating, the whole staff united as one, quickly took up their posts, and focused on various work measures, not only being a good "instructor" for garbage collection and transportation, but also on the front line Be a good "operator". The 9 on-duty staff and 6 party members in the whole institute have been working since the first day of the new year. After they arrange the collection and transportation for a short time at 7:30 a.m. every day, they will rush to each community in the jurisdiction from 8:00 to 11:00 for isolation Household garbage is collected and transported in the homes of personnel. There is no elevator in the old community, and some comrades have to climb 100 floors every day. At 11:30, the special lighter truck will transport the garbage to the designated centralized point of the whole district for unified loading. The intense collection and transportation work is temporarily ended, so that they can take a drink and rest. Faced with the heavy collection and transportation tasks, this young team with an average age of less than 40 years old and the youngest age is only 26 years old. They stick to their posts and do not shrink back. They try to rationally deploy limited human and material resources, from how to optimize the collection and transportation routes and how to open them as soon as possible. Starting with building access control, how to say every heart-warming word, and how to disinfect bagged garbage as quickly as possible, we will do our best to complete the arduous task of garbage collection and transportation in the "special period".
In 2020, a war without gunpowder will meet us unexpectedly. This community-based battle is a big problem for Xue Wenjie, who has just arrived in the community, but she uses wisdom, ability and action. Handed over a high-scoring answer sheet to all parties, how did she "answer the question"? On the New Year’s Eve of 2020, after receiving an emergency notice from her superior, Xue Wenjie stayed in the center 24 hours a day on standby that night. In the early stage of the epidemic, Xue Wenjie boosted morale and enriched supplies; on the other hand, he worked hard and kept up his mind. Seeing her appear in the quarantine community, in the room of the quarantine point, in the hot sentinel, and in the warehouse of the epidemic prevention material reserve, the employees have asked Ying to join the front-line team. As the epidemic situation became increasingly severe, the center began to continuously invest in various emergency tasks: from the isolation point, Pudong Airport, Nanpu Bridge crossing, and community epidemic prevention on Bansongyuan Road, Xue Wenjie arranged everything in an orderly manner. Every night, she waits until there is no information to convey, tasks scheduled, or problems to be solved before she can take a break.
After receiving the urgent task of establishing the isolation point, Xue Wenjie led the team to complete a series of tasks such as team formation, material allocation, process layout, protection and disinfection training, etc. in just four hours. A group of "residents". Because there is not much experience to learn from in the early stage, she racked her brains to continuously optimize the regional standard setting and operation process, and strive to explore full speed and thorough preparation, seamless connection of the whole process, all-weather collaborative linkage, full-time closed-loop management, and all-round humanistic services The "Five Complete" work method. High standards, strict requirements, and fast-paced, build a strong prevention and control wall. In the isolation point, she is both a family member and a waiter. The internal affairs are all arranged in a safe and orderly manner, which makes the isolation personnel feel comfortable and at the same time allows them to feel the warmth of a big family.
