卫生健康政策高峰论坛在上海交通大学举行

2019年11月10日,“卫生健康政策高峰论坛:卫生健康标准、医院运营与医患关系”在上海交通大学徐汇校区举行。该论坛由上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院、上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心、耶鲁大学中国健康会共同主办。来自美国耶鲁大学、上海交通大学、复旦大学、浙江大学、同济大学、上海大学、中国中医科学院、首都医科大学、中欧工商管理学院等多所大学的专家学者和研究生,以及北京、上海、浙江、江苏、广东等各级卫生健康行政部门负责人和各级医疗机构负责人等一百四十余人参加了本次研讨会。





国家卫生健康委法规司副司长陈宁姗,上海申康医院发展中心党委副书记方秉华,上海交通大学附属第六人民医院院长殷善开,美国国家医学科学院院士、耶鲁大学终身讲席教授、上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心主任Paul Cleary教授分别聚焦于卫生健康标准、医院运营、临床大数据应用和医患关系进行了主旨演讲。主旨演讲由上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院代理院长胡近主持。

上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心执行主任赵大海做了中心的工作汇报,并基于2018年底在全国138所位于所有直辖市和省会城市的主要三级甲等医院的数据调查,按照医院名称首字的笔画顺序,公布了全国患者满意度最佳的20所医院。




宁姗、方秉华、殷善开以及上海交通大学附属儿童医院院长于广军、上海市卫生和发展研究中心主任金春林被聘为上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心首批研究员;胡近和Paul Cleary分别为五位研究员颁发了聘书。

上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心与上海市东方医院共同成立了上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心灾难应急分中心,上海市东方医院院长刘中民担任分中心学术委员会主任,方秉华与上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院党委副书记李振全共同为灾难应急分中心揭牌。

在圆桌论坛部分,于广军、金春林、上海交通大学附属胸科医院党委书记郑宁等聚焦于医患关系和医院运营等进行了深度讨论。

上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院副院长、上海交通大学健康长三角研究院执行院长张录法进行了会议总结。

Summit Forum for Health Policy Held in Shanghai Jiao Tong University

On November 10, 2019, Summit Forum for Health Policy: Health Standards, Hospital Operation and Physician-patient Relationship was held at the Xuhui Campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The forum was co-sponsored by SJTU School of International and Public Affairs, SJTU-Yale Joint Center for Health Policy, Yale Healthcare Association in China. More than 140 of experts, scholars and graduate students from Yale University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, Tongji University, Shanghai University, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Capital Medical University, China Europe International Business School, and heads of health administrations and institutions of Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong attended the forum.

Ningshan CHEN, deputy director of Department of Laws and Regulations of National Health Commission of P.R.China, Binghua FANG, deputy secretary of party committee of Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center, Shankai YIN, President of Sixth People's Hospital Affiliated with SJTU, Paul Cleary, member of U.S. National Academy of Medicine, Anna M.R. Lauder Professor of Yale School of Public Health, director of SJTU-Yale Joint Center for Health Policy delivered keynote speeches on healthcare standards, hospital operations, clinical big data applications and physician-patient relationships. The speeches were hosted by Jin HU, the acting dean of SJTU School of International and Public Affairs.

Dahai ZHAO, executive director of SJTU-Yale Joint Center for Health Policy, made the report of the Joint Center and announced the 20 best hospitals for patient satisfaction, based on the survey of 138 tertiary hospitals of municipalities and provincial capitals in China at the end of 2018. Ningshan CHEN, Binghua FANG, Shankai YIN, Guangjun YU (the president of Children's Hospital Affiliated with SJTU), Chunlin JIN (Shanghai Health Development Research Center) have been hired as the research fellows of SJTU-Yale Joint Center for Health Policy. Jin HU and Paul CLEARY awarded the appointment to them respectively.

SJTU-Yale Joint Center for Health Policy and Shanghai East hospital have established a Sub-center of SJTU-Yale Joint Center for Disaster Emergency. Zhongmin LIU, president of Shanghai East hospital has served as head of academic committee the sub-center, Binghua FANG and Zhenquan ZHEN (the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of SJTU School of International and Public Affairs) unveiled the nameplate of the Sub-center for Disaster Emergency.

At the round-table talk, Guangjun YU, Chunlin JIN, and Ning ZHEN (secretary of Party Committee of Chest Hospital Affiliated with SJTU), discussed on physician-patient relationship and hospital operation.

Lufa ZHANG, the deputy dean of SJTU school of international and public affairs, the executive director of Health Yangtze River Delta Institute of SJTU summarized the meeting.
