赵大海做客交大励志讲坛讲述中国抗击疫情成功经验
3月18日，上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心执行主任赵大海做客第24期 “Voice-我思！”云分享，为大家带来“抗击新冠肺炎疫情：中国与世界”主题讲座。
讲座伊始，赵大海表示公众对新冠疫情的科学认知需要一个过程，并向听众们介绍了病毒来源、病毒传播途径、预防措施、疫苗研制等方面的科学知识。他认为中国的疫情防控战是世界重大传染病疫情防控的教科书案例。
赵大海总结了中国抗“疫”胜利的成功经验。他认为，党中央的果断决策，以及习近平总书记对疫情防控进行的强力部署，向民众表达了战胜疫情的坚定信心。其次，政府主动迎战：筛检、发现、隔离、治疗、公开透明死亡确诊病例，减轻了民众的恐慌。中国政府封闭武汉，全国各地援助湖北，最终实现抗击疫情的胜利。
随后，赵大海分析了新冠疫情在世界范围内的流行，以及韩国、日本、伊朗、美国、欧洲等地的疫情形势与应对措施。他表示，不同的国家要根据其政治、经济、文化、医疗卫生体系来制定相应措施，但最根本的是重视疫情、严正以待。只要各国携手抗“疫”、严防严控，终将战胜疫情。
最后，赵大海表示，中国在抗击新冠肺炎疫情方面的工作有可能成为未来“全球抗击传染病工作的一个范例”。他寄语听众，当代大学生理应秉持“为民族立生命，为万世开太平”的志向，以“科学梦”为马，掌握前沿的科学知识，勇于肩负起时代重任！
在提问互动环节中，赵大海就境外输入案例是否会影响复工复学、中国与他国的互助等问题发表了自己的看法。

Dahai Zhao Delivered a Talk about China's Successful Experience in Containing COVID-19 at Inspirational Forum of SJTU
On March 18th, Dahai Zhao, executive director of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University-Yale University Joint Research Center for Health Policy, delivered a talk on the 24th "Voice-I think!" Cloud sharing, about "Containing COVID-19 Pneumonia Epidemic: China and the World" .
At the beginning of the talk, Zhao said that the public's scientific understanding of the COVID-19 epidemic needs a process. He introduced the scientific knowledge on the source of the virus, the way of transmission, preventive measures, and vaccine development to audience. He believed that China's epidemic prevention and control war is a textbook-case for the prevention and control of major infectious diseases in the world.
Zhao summarized China's successful experience in “Containing COVID-19”. He believed that the decisive decision of the Party Central Committee and the strong deployment of General Secretary Xi Jinping to the prevention and control of the epidemic have shown the people's firm confidence in defeating the epidemic. Second, the government took the initiative to screening, detection, quarantine, treatment, and make diagnosis and deaths transparent, alleviating the public's panic. The Chinese government closed Wuhan and assisted Hubei, which achieved victory in the containing COVID-19 across the country.
Then, Zhao analyzed the worldwide spread of COVID-19, as well as the situation and countermeasures in South Korea, Japan, Iran, the United States, Europe and other places. He said that different countries should formulate corresponding measures according to their political, economic, cultural, and medical and health systems, but the most fundamental thing was to attach importance to the epidemic and treat it seriously. As long as all countries worked together to combat the epidemic and took strict precautions, the epidemic will eventually be overcome.
At last, Zhao said that China's work in containing COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic could become a "model for global fight against infectious diseases" in the future. He addressed the audience that contemporary college students should uphold the aspiration of "building life for the nation and opening up peace for all ages", running with the dream of "scientific direction", mastering frontier knowledge of science, and bravely shouldering the responsibility of the times!
In Q & A, Zhao expressed his views on whether overseas imported cases would affect the resumption of work and study, and mutual assistance between China and other countries.
