上海交大赵大海关于新冠疫情第19次在电视台访谈评论:倡导公众健康生活方式抗击新冠肺炎疫情
上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院博士生导师、上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心执行主任赵大海,自新冠肺炎疫情以来第十二次接受中央电视台采访,也是第十九次接受央视/上视采访。在2020年3月28日20点15分的中央电视台英语频道CGTN《中国24小时》节目,赵大海就应对新冠肺炎疫情倡导使用公勺公筷等健康生活方式进行了简要评论。
赵大海认为,推广使用公用餐具对新冠肺炎的防控具有非常重要的意义。虽然在我国一些餐馆已经在推广,但使用公用餐具在中国仍比较少见。使用公勺公筷可以防止包括新冠肺炎病毒在内的许多病毒的传播。对于中国来说,各级政府和社交媒体应在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,让公众意识到使用公用餐具的重要性。譬如,在校学生是可以被作为率先使用公勺公筷的人群。当年轻学生认识到使用公有餐具重要性之后,他们可以带动他们的父母和祖父母在家里也使用公勺公筷。此外,有必要通过规章制度的方式要求所有餐馆必须提供公用餐具。

在政府、社交媒体、学校和餐馆的共同影响下,越来越多中国人将养成使用公用餐具的习惯。新冠肺炎仍在世界大流行,我们会看到,人们为了自己和他人的健康和幸福做出更多改变。此外,鉴于公用餐具的使用不仅可预防新冠肺炎的传播,也可以有效预防幽门螺旋杆菌等多种病毒的传播,新冠肺炎疫情结束之后,使用共用餐具将是持续倡导的良好健康生活方式。

Dahai Zhao' 19th comments on TV during the Pandemic: Promoting Healthy Lifestyle Choices, Combating COVID-19
Dahai Zhao, a doctoral supervisor at the School of International and Public Affairs of Shanghai Jiaotong University and executive director of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University-Yale University Joint Research Center for Health Policy, has been interviewed by CGTV for the 12th time (the 19th time by CGTV / DFTV totally) since the COVID-19 pandemic. At 20:15 on March 28, 2020, Zhao commented on promotion of a healthier lifestyle on combating COVID-19 on CHINA 24.
Zhao believes promoting serving chopsticks is very meaningful and necessary on combating COVID-19. Although serving chopsticks has been utilized in some restaurants, it is not popular in China. It is confirmed that serving chopsticks can prevent many virus spread such as coronavirus etc. For Chinese people, government and social media can use the opportunity of COVID-19 outbreak to let people know the importance of serving chopsticks. For example, students at school are the key population who are intervened to take the lead of using serving chopsticks. When students know it, they can help their parents and grandparents to use serving chopsticks at home. In addition, the government may adopt some measures to further promote the importance of serving chopsticks.
With the help of government, social media, schools, and restaurants, Chinese people will have the habit of using serving chopsticks. Despite the pandemic, we will start seeing people making more changes for the sake of their own health and wellbeing and that of others. In addition, given that the use of serving chopsticks can not only prevent the spread of COVID-19, but also effectively of various microorganism such as HP (Helicobacter Pylori). After the COVID-19 outbreak is over, the use of serving utensils will continue to promote a good and healthy lifestyle.
