赵大海应邀山东中医药大学作专题报告："新冠肺炎全球大流行：全球治理和突发公共卫生事件应对"

4月21日下午，山东中医药大学第七期大学习干部讲堂通过网络视频直播的方式，邀请了上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院博士生导师、上海交通大学-耶鲁大学卫生政策联合研究中心执行主任赵大海教授进行一场题为“新冠肺炎全球大流行与疫情防控：中国和世界”的报告。

报告中，赵大海教授从各国对新冠肺炎疫情认识的过程、各国抗击新冠肺炎的共同措施、各国抗击新冠肺炎的必然方向、新冠肺炎全球大流行的结局预测、抗击新冠肺炎疫情带给人类的思考等五个方面，通过新颖独特的视角、深刻专业的讲解，为大家分析了新冠肺炎全球大流行与疫情防控现状，引发了对全球治理和突发公共卫生事件的思考，并对中国始终秉持人类命运共同体理念，在做好本国疫情防控的同时，积极推动抗疫国际合作，在全球抗疫中展现大国担当有了更为深刻的认识。

Dahai Zhao was Invited to Speak at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine on “Challenge of COVID-19: Governing Globalization and Public Health Emergency Preparedness"

On the afternoon of April 21, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine issued the 7th cadres lecture through web conferencing, and invited Dahai Zhao, a doctoral supervisor at School of International and Public Affairs of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Executive Director of Shanghai Jiao Tong University-Yale University Joint Research Center for Health Policy to deliver a talk on “Containing COVID-19 Pandemic: China and the World”.

Professor Dahai Zhao discussed the process of understanding COVID-19 in various countries, the common measures of fighting COVID-19 in various countries, the inevitable future of fighting COVID-19 in various countries, the prediction of consequences of COVID-19, and the reflections on fighting against COVID-19. Through a new and unique perspective and profound and professional explanation, he analyzed the challenging of COVID-19 pandemic and global prevention and control, which triggered our thoughts on governing globalization and public health emergency preparedness and response capabilities. He also inspired a deeper thinking of China's commitment to the vision of a community of shared future for mankind on its efforts to prevent and control epidemics at domestic and abroad and promote international cooperation in fighting against COVID-19 pandemic.
